The "Hummingbird House" has 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with a large open fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living area, a large sunroom that makes a wonderful spot for morning coffee during those chilly coastal mornings located on 3 acres. There is a large 60 ft ocean view deck with seating and a fire-pit to enjoy those beautiful coastal days and evenings, and you may watch the deer that peacefully graze in the pasture. This is a wonderful home for family and friends.
This home is just a quick one mile from MacKerricher State Park and Beach, where you can enjoy a wonderful long sandy beach, maintained walking trails, plenty of tide pools to explore and are able to observe marine life like Sea Lions and Whale in their natural habitat. The park includes a "haul" road that is wonderful to walk, jog or bike ride (no cars on this haul road!) an easy 3 miles into the town of Fort Bragg. Only 1/2 mile from the home is a small local market with basic amenities, a wonderful Mexican restaurant with bar and the local horse stables which provide beautiful walks to the beach. Always wondered about the Skunk Train? It is an easy 10 minute drive into the town of Fort Bragg, or that easy bike ride on the haul road, to the Fort Bragg Skunk Train Station where you can purchase tickets to ride through the beautiful redwoods. And the beautiful quaint town of Mendocino is an easy 13 mile drive
The Hummingbird House is a spacious single story home which has two bedrooms each with a full size bed, a large bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious room with a queen size bed. There are 3 full bathrooms which include showers only, no bathtubs. Available at the home is a portable crib for a little one and 2 booster chairs so the little ones may easily join the family for meals. All bedrooms have a Smart TV, and there is a piano in the living room to enjoy those musical adventures. There are many windows in this home where may enjoy the deer or the distant ocean views.
